Four Shires Veterinary Practice

Four Shires Veterinary Practice

Full Description

Four Shires Veterinary Practice was established in December 2013 by vet Charlotte Boardman (Charlie). Charlie is an experienced and dedicated vet with a particular interest in large animal, specifically equine work. She enjoys being a general practitioner and aims to provide an excellent service, dedicated to looking after the clients and their animals.

Having worked locally for nearly six years, Charlie has strong ties to the area and a good handle on what clients expectations are.

As Charlie is the sole practitioner (at the moment), clients get to see the same vet every time; clients and horses can benefit from care twenty four hours a day, seven days a week from the same enthusiastic and friendly vet which allows good continuity.

The practice tries to offer a flexible service – one late night a week, at no extra cost to clients who would like a visit after they finish work.

In order to provide a comprehensive ambulatory service, the practice has a top quality ultrasound scanner, an endoscope and motorised dentistry equipment.

X-ray equipment is also available.

The practice also enjoys good relationships with local practices so that it is possible to refer horses that need hospitalisation.
